In this class we will learn-

2. Pineapple Pudding Cake(Fresh pineapple and praline decoration

3. Exotic Chocolate Truffle (With Ganache Icing and Chocolate Roses and Ribbons)

4. Coffee Chocolate Mascarpone Layered Cake

5. Pyramid Pastry

6. Boat Pastry

    This class also includes:

  •  Basic cake decoration and preparation of basic sponge cake

  •  Trimming, shaping and applying the crumb coat on the cake

  •   Preparation of whipped cream icing

  •  Preparation of chocolate ganache

  •  Preparation of chocolate cream icing

  •  Uses of different types of nozzles( Different types of borders and  swirls)

  •  Making of chocolate fondant

  •  Use of texture sheets

  •  Chocolate roses , bows and ribbons

  •  Chocolate curls

  •  Use of edible glitters

  •  Preparation of praline and decorations with praline
